For building advanced items, you need to unlock Processors. Having this machine allows you to refine various metals into heavy ingots, make strong chemicals, create fuel blocks, and package survival supplies.
Finding the Blueprint
Leave your Lifepod and head directly north. You are looking for an area known as the Wu Wu Lianghai region. Once you arrive at this spot, locate a building and step inside.
Walk into the second room and look immediately to your right. You will see the Processor component waiting there. You only need to scan it a single time to permanently unlock the blueprint.

Collecting Base Materials
To build the machine, you need to collect a few standard items in addition to a specific chemical. You will need to collect two pieces of Titanium, which are found all over the sea floor.
You will also need one Copper Wire, made from standard copper. You can find your raw copper in Subnautica 2 by looking for rocks that break open, or just inside caves.

Gathering for Mild Acid
The final item needed for the build is one bottle of Mild Acid. To mix this at your Fabricator, you must first collect one piece of Copper and two Acidic Raion Pouches.
To find these pouches, look for distinct purple growths on the seabed. You have to use your multi-tool to harvest them. These plants actually grow their pouches back very quickly, meaning you can return to the same spot to harvest them again later. You can spot these plants in a few convenient places.
One patch sits just south of your Lifepod. Another convenient cluster grows inside a deep hole located directly underneath your Lifepod.

Final Crafting and Usage
Once you have the purple pouches and copper, go to your Fabricator and open the basic materials menu to mix the Mild Acid.
With the acid, Titanium, and Copper Wire ready in your inventory, open up your builder tool menu. Select the Processor and place it down anywhere in your base.
Once it is built, you can use it to create high-tier items like Titanium Ingots, Copper Ingots, Silver Ingots, Plasteel Ingots, and Germanium Ingots. It also handles recipes for Strong Acid, Biofuel Blocks, Grease, First Aid, Glass, and clean water bottles in Subnautica 2.
