The Bloody Strings Hachibee Bounty is a Quest found in the Ishikari Plain region of Ghost of Yōtei. This guide explains how to unlock the Bounty, locate Hachibee, identify him, defeat him, and collect the rewards after completing the Bounty.

Unlocking Bloody Strings Hachibee Bounty

The Bounty for Bloody Strings Hachibee is unlocked by default and can be accepted immediately at the Ishikari Market Bounty Board. You will find the Bounty Board outside the market alongside Kojiro, the Bounty Broker. Interact with the Board to take the Bloody Strings Hachibee Bounty along with any other posted bounties in Ghost of Yōtei.

Location of Bloody Strings Hachibee

The target is located at Stone Jaw Coast, which lies northwest of the Ishikari Market. After accepting the Bounty, select Bloody Strings Hachibee from your map to track the Quest. Follow the guiding wind to reach the designated location.

When you arrive near Stone Jaw Coast, continue exploring until you discover a Caravan full of people. Approach the Caravan and speak to the Caravan Leader. He will mention that Hachibee despises the Shamisen in Ghost of Yōtei.

Identifying Bloody Strings Hachibee

To draw out Hachibee, play your Shamisen and walk around the Caravan area. This will provoke a reaction from him. Hachibee will eventually reveal himself among the crowd and express his dislike for your song in Ghost of Yōtei.

You will also find that Hachibee is positioned within the leftmost group of people inside the Caravan once you have spoken to the Caravan Leader.

Defeating Bloody Strings Hachibee

After Hachibee exposes himself, a fight will begin involving all the Ronins present in the Caravan. Eliminate the Ronins first and then focus on defeating Hachibee to complete the Bounty.

Bounty Completion Rewards

Once Bloody Strings Hachibee is defeated, return to Kojiro the Bounty Broker at the Ishikari Market to claim your rewards. Completing the Bounty grants you the Bloody Strings Hachibee’s Straw Hat and 750 Coins in Ghost of Yōtei.
