Here’s how you can get the A Moment to Breathe Trophy.

Around the grasslands region of Ghost of Yōtei, you’ll be able to complete the A Moment to Breathe trophy. The quest requires you to complete a short archery challenge with a perfect score.

It takes place in the northernmost part of the area around the hunting grounds.

To start, you’ll want to head towards the northern edge of the grasslands and locate a young man standing next to the range. Speak to him to start a conversation, after which you want to hold the touchpad to enter a younger memory sequence, which will transition you into a flashback scene.

During the flashback, the younger version of you will take part in the archery game. This portion will mostly act like a tutorial does not affect the final score. You’ll want to complete the brief practice round by hitting the street's stationary targets.

After doing so, the scene will return to the present day. In the current timeline, you’ll want to speak to the same man to initiate an archery contest. This time around, there are going to be six targets to hit with only six arrows.

This means you’re going to have to hit one of the targets perfectly. Missing even one will require you to restart the event.

The first three targets are rather easy and are positioned in front. The fourth target is the most challenging as it moves across the water from right to left.

You want to time a shot and release carefully. Also, be careful not to draw the boat too early, as it might cause the error to release prematurely.

After the moving target, the fifth and sixth targets are closer to the ground and slower, but they still require you to be precise.

Successfully hearing all the targets will grant you a perfect score, unlocking the A Moment to Breathe trophy. If you feel fear, not because you’re not able to replay it over and over again by speaking to the same man again.
