The Toshi the Torch Bounty is a Quest found in the Ishikari Plain region of Ghost of Yōtei. This guide explains how to unlock the Bounty, locate Toshi the Torch, and complete the mission to get your rewards.

Accepting The Bounty

Outside the Ishikari Market, you will find a Bounty Board beside Kojiro the Bounty Broker. Interact with the board to view the available postings and accept Toshi the Torch’s Bounty, along with any others displayed.

Tracking The Bounty

The target is located at Otaru Beach, southwest of the Ishikari Market. After accepting the Bounty, open your map and select Toshi the Torch to begin tracking it in Ghost of Yōtei.

The Guiding Wind will lead you to the location. Once you reach the area near Otaru Beach, head down the slope toward the shoreline and continue exploring until you come across the area marked as Coastal Cave.

Entering The Cave

Before entering the cave, a Matsumae Soldier will approach and speak with you. After the short conversation, proceed into the cave where Toshi the Torch awaits in Ghost of Yōtei.

Defeating Toshi The Torch

Inside the cave, you will face Toshi the Torch, who specializes in using fire-based attacks. He will fight with a Burning Stick and may ignite his weapons to deal fire damage. Avoid his flaming attacks and counter effectively to defeat him.

Once he falls, a cutscene will play, and additional enemies will appear. Defeat his allies while moving toward the cave’s exit. When the area is cleared, the Matsumae Soldier will approach and personally hand you your reward, signaling the completion of the Bounty in Ghost of Yōtei.

Bounty Rewards

For completing this Bounty, you will receive Toshi the Torch’s Mask and 2250 Coins. This Bounty is unlocked by default and can be accepted immediately at the Ishikari Market Bounty Board.
