In this guide, you will learn how to locate all the Wind Chimes, which are required to unlock the Armor of the Undying and gain access to the Undying Samurai. Each Chime is positioned across different locations, and you will also face a few challenges while collecting them.

Wind Chime #1

Start your search for the first Wind Chime just above the K and the A in Nakagoya Spring. This area, known as the Ishikari Plane puzzle, gives you a wide zone to explore. As you make your way through, you will come across a tree. The Wind Chime can be found beside a body near this tree in Ghost of Yōtei.

Wind Chime #2

Next, head over to Stone Jaw Coast. Keep to the higher ground as you approach the hill. The location of this Wind Chime is slightly south of the S and the T in the word Coast on the map. When you reach the spot, you will find a body hanging from a tree. Shoot the body down and climb around to retrieve the Wind Chime.

Wind Chime #3

For the third Wind Chime, travel to the Rumoi River. Here, you will discover a large meadow filled with purple flowers and a distinctive tree in the center. Upon arrival, you must duel an NPC before proceeding. Once you have completed the duel, you can claim the Wind Chime in Ghost of Yōtei.

Wind Chime #4

The final Wind Chime is located at Storyteller’s Rest, which is close to the previous location. Look for another tree near this area that holds the last Wind Chime. Be cautious here, as you will need to defeat a Bear to secure the Chime in Ghost of Yōtei.

Placing the Wind Chimes

After collecting all four wind Chimes, travel west of the Rumoi River, which you visited earlier. Move towards the area that extends out on the map, where you will find another familiar tree. Near this tree, you will spot a climbing path that leads to a cave.

Follow the path through the cave, which is straightforward and requires no intricate steps. Eventually, you will arrive at an area with four staff. Place each Wind Chime on the staff to complete the task in Ghost of Yōtei.
