The Muneji the Bone Crusher Bounty is one of the available hunts in the Yōtei Grasslands region in Ghost of Yōtei. This guide explains how to unlock the Bounty, where to find Muneji, and provides instructions on completing the encounter successfully.

Unlocking The Bounty

You can begin the Bounty by visiting the Yōtei Shadow Inn. Outside the inn, you will find a Bounty board next to Kojiro the Bounty Broker. Interact with the board and select the Muneji the Bone Crusher Bounty, along with any other available Bounties in Ghost of Yōtei.

Locating Muneji The Bone Crusher

The target is found near Shirahige Falls, which lies directly south of the Yōtei Shadow Inn. To track the Bounty’s location, open your map and select the Muneji the Bone Crusher Bounty so that the guiding wind can direct you.

As you approach Shirahige Falls, keep exploring until you reach the Saito Compound or notice Saito’s Banners. This area is heavily guarded, so it is recommended to move stealthily through the compound in Ghost of Yōtei.

Infiltrating The Compound

The center of the Saito Compound is fortified with walls, but there are several gaps you can slip through. You can also use the logs that connect the tents to move across and enter the central area without drawing too much attention.

Once inside, you will find Muneji at the heart of the compound surrounded by Saito soldiers. It is advisable to assassinate as many soldiers as possible before engaging Muneji directly to make the battle easier in Ghost of Yōtei.

Battling Muneji The Bone Crusher

When you reach the central section of the compound, engaging the enemy head-on can be difficult due to Muneji’s presence. Eliminate the nearby soldiers first to reduce their numbers, then focus on Muneji.

During the fight, some enemies will attempt to free Muneji, which can cause the capture to fail. These enemies are marked with a red exclamation point as they move toward him, so prioritize taking them out to maintain control of the battle in Ghost of Yōtei.

After defeating Muneji, Atsu will interrogate him for information. Be prepared for an additional wave of Saito soldiers who will arrive after the fight. Defeat them to reclaim the compound and complete the Bounty.

Bounty Completion Rewards

Once Muneji the Bone Crusher is defeated, return to Kojiro the Bounty Broker at Yōtei Shadow Inn to claim your rewards. Completing this Bounty grants you the Sword Kit – Crushing Hebi and 2000 Coins in Ghost of Yōtei.
