The Turtle Man Kamekichi Bounty is one of the Bounties you can undertake in the Ishikari Plain region of Ghost of Yotei.

Unlocking Turtle Man Kamekichi’s Bounty

To unlock the Turtle Man Kamekichi Bounty, you first need to clear other Bounties available in the Ishikari Plain region. If the Bounty still does not appear after meeting this requirement, fast travel to another location and then return to the Ishikari Market to refresh the Bounty Board.

At the Ishikari Market, you will find the Bounty Board beside Kojiro the Bounty Broker. Interact with the Board and select the Turtle Man Kamekichi Bounty, along with any other available ones in Ghost of Yōtei.

Tracking the Bounty

Once you have accepted the Bounty, set it as your active objective on the map. The Guiding Wind will direct you to Nakagoya Spring, which lies northeast of the Ishikari Market. This is where your search for Kamekichi will begin.

Finding Kamekichi’s Location

From Nakagoya Spring, move toward the nearby river and continue exploring until you reach an area called the Abandoned Fishing Camp in Ghost of Yōtei.

As you enter this area, follow the fire arrows that indicate the path leading deeper into the location. Eliminate any enemies that appear along the way to clear your route toward the cave where Kamekichi is found.

Meeting Turtle Man Kamekichi

When you enter the cave, you will discover Kamekichi already gravely wounded. He will ask you to cook salmon for him. Use the campfire to complete the cooking minigame as instructed.

After the cooking sequence ends, Kamekichi succumbs to his injuries. Once he has passed, take the Turtle Man Kamekichi’s Mask located near his body in Ghost of Yōtei.

Returning to Kojiro

After collecting the mask, return to Kojiro the Bounty Broker at the Ishikari Market to conclude the Bounty. Hand over the mask to claim your reward for completing the mission.
