The Reliquary of Compassion is another puzzle that you can locate and complete in Ghost of Yōtei. This guide explains how to find the location and solve its puzzle to obtain the related reward.

Reliquary of Compassion Location

To find the Reliquary of Compassion, head to the area just above Sarobetsu Lake. The site is positioned on the corner of the region near the lake’s edge. When you arrive, you will notice a small archway marking the entrance in Ghost of Yōtei.

Proceed through this path and continue moving forward. Once you reach the upper section of the area, you will arrive at the Reliquary of Compassion itself.

Preparing For The Puzzle

Before beginning, make sure you have Fire Arrows available. If you do not, there is a spot nearby where you can collect them. These arrows are required to light the pots placed below each Fox Statue surrounding the area.

Completing The Puzzle

To start, use your Fire Arrows to ignite each of the pots beneath the Fox Statues. After all pots are lit, you must rotate the statues so that they face the central statue in Ghost of Yōtei.

First, rotate the front left statue once. Then move to the back-left statue and rotate it twice. Return to the front left statue and rotate it one more time. After that, go to the front right statue and rotate it twice. Finally, rotate the back right statue twice.

When all statues are correctly aligned toward the middle, the Reliquary of Compassion will be completed.

Reward

Upon solving the puzzle, you will obtain the Yōtei’s Mercy Mask, which will be added to your inventory as the completion reward for this puzzle in Ghost of Yōtei.
