In Ghost of Yōtei, you can access the Cape Inari Hideout and complete the Fox Puzzle by following a specific route. This area can be reached by navigating to the hideout location on your map.

After you get there, a Totem will be in the middle of the area. Turn left at the totem and follow the path that goes to a nearby cave instead of going straight to the main entrance in Ghost of Yōtei.

Lighting The First Statue

After entering the cave, collect the Flame found inside. With the flame in hand, approach the statue within the cave and light it. Once the statue is lit, exit the cave the same way you came in. This step activates the first part of the puzzle needed to unlock the hideout.

Lighting The Second Statue

Next, move back toward the main entrance of the Cape Inari Hideout. As you approach it, look to your right to find another cave nearby. Enter this second cave and repeat the same process by using the Flame to light the statue inside. Once the second statue has been lit, you will hear a clicking sound, signaling that the mechanism has been triggered.

At this point, the main entrance of the Cape Inari Hideout will unlock, allowing you to enter and continue through the area in Ghost of Yōtei.
