Dynasty Warriors: Origins is one of the bold steps taken in this already beloved series, which clearly deviates from norms and ideas that have emerged and entertained for several decades in the hack-and-slash genre. This guide will cover the second stage of Chapter 2: the Suppression of Liang.
Suppression of Liang
The Suppression of Liang is relatively easier compared to the Supression of You. The objective is to defeat Beang Bayou and Bang Jong within 10 minutes. Stick with your usual setup, whether it’s the Sky Scorcher, Trident, or another weapon that suits your playstyle.
Begin by heading directly to Beang Bayou and eliminating him before he can reach your main camp. Afterward, you’ll face Bang Jong, but the time constraint is forgiving, so you can address other threats or assist allies if needed. Dong Zhuo at the main camp will hold his own well, so as long as no one overwhelms him, you’ll be fine.
Despite forgetting the objective during one run and getting distracted by assisting allies, I still completed the challenge without any issues. Ensure no enemies attack your camp, then rush to the final commander. Overall, it’s a straightforward stage with minimal challenges.
The three suppression battles are straightforward and require minimal preparation. Focus on quick damage output, keeping allies safe, and adapting your playstyle with weapons and battle arts you enjoy. Chapter 2 is a relatively easy section, so take your time mastering these strategies.
